The location was beautiful and magnificent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 15 minutes on foot to square 2 subway station, was a big plus. The staff were very very helpful and responsible hole time of our stay.

The room was spacious, with a balcony. Hairdryers, a bidet, and terry robes were provided. the hotel is conveniently located near Tbilisi's tourist attractions and city center.

The hotel had some complementary things - a rooftop bar and a swimming pool. The location was quite convenient, well connected and full of locals which gave it a more authentic feel. , it was close to a supermarket which was handy.

Our Christmas stay was spoilt by the rude and unhelpful receptionist who seemed to hate their job and made no effort to be pleasant to us. the room was not properly cleaned and the bedding seemed dirty.
